Details: FOSS Meet@NITC is an annual event on Free and Open Source Software at NIT Calicut. This event brings together FOSS enthusiasts from all over India. The 2009 edition of the event is scheduled to be held from Feb 27th to 1st March.FOSSMeet @ NITC is jointly organised by NIT Calicut Student Branches of IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers), CSI(Computer Society of India), CSEA(Computer Science and Engineering Association),FOSSCELL NITC and FSUG Calicut(free software user's group) . Though just four years old, the Meet has grown in magnitude, in terms of speakers, delegates, number of days, outreach and budget over each successive year. The name of the meet has gone through annual modifications, due to various reasons.
